Using Fetch Course function will allow lecturers to:

·   Create the courses they teach in an easier way;

·   Get updated list of registered student for the current semester;

·   Get the course information provided in Student Information System.

 

A.      Steps on how to Fetch Course from Integrated Student Information System (UMISIS)

2. Click the Fetch Course Button

 

1. Click the My Portfolio Icon

 

 

3. Click to get the Session Lists

 

4.  Select Session

 

 

5. Click to get the Semester Lists

 

6.  Select Semester

 

 

      1.      Once both session and semester are selected, all the courses taught by the lecturer will be displayed

8. Click the Activate button to create the Course

 

7. Display lists of the lecturer’s courses for the selected session & semester.

* The course lists is retrieved from Student Information System (UMISIS)

 

·          Once the course is activated/created, the course will disappear from the Fetch Course lists

 

 

B.      To Access The Activated/Created Course

 

2. Click the Manage button to access the Course

 

1. Click the My Portfolio Icon

 

 

3. To Add Course Material, click the selected Module Manager from the menu

 

4. Click the Users Manager to get List of registered students

 

5. Click the Load User Manager to get the updated list of students from UMISIS
